MIH Property Services have many years experience in the design and installation of UPVC and timber conservatories. Our conservatories and manufactured to the highest standards in the industry, but cost a fraction of the price you will pay from one of the national home improvement companies, as we do not carry significant overheads or marketing costs, which inevitably get passed on to the customer.
The widest possible range of conservatory styles
All our conservatories are bespoke, which means that they are designed to meet your exact requirements, and manufactured to our design specifications. Because of this, we can create conservatories to fit into most spaces, unfettered by any requirement to adhere to stock designs. However, although many of the conservatories we install are hybrids, many also fall within several basic styles. The most common styles can be installed in both timber and UPVC frames.
Edwardian Conservatories
The Edwardian is a classically-styled conservatory – the most popular installation in Britain. 
Available in UPVC or timber, and in a range of finishes, The Edwardian Conservatory really enhances a home.
The style is rectangular, with a pitched roof construction. It is also described as “Georgian” in some parts of the country. It is available with either full-length window panels, solid timber or UPVC panels at the base, or with a dwarf wall.
Victorian Conservatories
The Victorian conservatory is based on the elegance of design from the Victorian era. 
In fact, the design of these conservatories is based upon the classical glass house of the Victorian age. They are available in either a three-faceted or a five-faceted shape, with soft edges to suit your preferences.
Gable-End Conservatories
The Gable-end conservatory (sometimes known as the “York” style) offers a stylistic variant on the Edwardian style, using a gable roof end section. 
Where this mirrors the gable of a home it can add an interesting visual effect. As with all our conservatories, the Gable-End can be supplied in both timber or PVCu, and can be form an interesting feature as part of a bespoke, hybrid conservatory. Finishes can be in white, natural timber or timber-effect, or in any colour to match your property.
Lean-to Conservatories
The lean-to conservatory is ideal for certain properties – where simplicity of design is a benefit, or where a wide conservatory with minimum projection is required. 
The simplicity of design allows crisp, clean lines to be created, and provides extremely good value-for-money in creating that additional room to your home.
Hybrid Conservatories
For customers who want to create something a little different, MIH Property Services specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke conservatories, in both UPVC and timber.
