As an extension to a home there is nothing quite like an orangery. Allowing plenty of light into your home, an orangery provides classic style and imaginative living space .
An orangery will offer more privacy from neighbours than a conservatory. They can also be used as kitchens – unlike conservatories – and will complement traditional house styles. They can also be fitted on north-facing sites, whereas conservatories are rarely viable as north-facing options. 
There are many reasons for extending your home: creating additional space for a growing family, adding value to your property, creating a home office or studio, or simply adding more space as an alternative to ‘trading up’.

For example, we see little point in providing an orangery that meets today’s Building Regulations, but will not meet the increase insulation regulations in several year’s time. Our approach ensures that customers benefit from improved performance, adding value to their homes, and ensuring that their property is easy to sell, should they wish to do so in the future. In short, it is not worth investing in a loft conversion that will need further work completed to achieve the specifications of a HIPs pack.
For example, we exceed Building Regulations standards in the following areas:

- Insulation (Specification of type of material, and the installation: Roof, as well as ceiling: Floors : Walls)
- Windows – all A-rated as standard
- Security – our extensions are “Secured by Design”
- Finishing
- ie, we always plaster to a smooth finish, and apply at least an undercoat. Where required, we will also complete the decoration scheme on behalf of the customer.
